ESAFF is organizing a members learning week 2018 which will culminate to the Triennial General Summit in December  10^th and 12^th in Dar es salaam – Tanzania.  The learning week is the time for members to reflect on ESAFF work in the past three years. This year the learning and reflection aims to provide exchange among smallholder farmers leaders on Campaigning, Advocacy and Lobbying of agriculture public policy processes in line with the AU Malabo Declaration on Agriculture. The week will also reflect on how to strengthen the regional and national organisational capacity.

The week will culminate to the Triennial General Summit. According to ESAFF constitution, this is the highest decision making body in which among others this will

• Receive and approve the Chairperson’s Report for progress in the preceding three years.
• Receive, ratify and approve ESAFF Strategic Plan 2026
• Amend ESAFF Constitution if need be.
• Appoint banker and auditor
• Elect members of the ESAFF Regional Board and
• Approve any other business.
