Small scale Farmers’ Forum of Lesotho – ESAFF LESOTHO is a network of small holder farmers that advocate for agricultural policy, practice and attitude change that reflects the needs, aspirations, and development of small-scale farmers in Lesotho.
It was established in 2004 after the World Summit of Sustainable Development (WSSD) held in Johannesburg in South Africa. Lesotho ESAFF registered as small scale farmer’s forum of Lesotho (ESAFF Lesotho) under the societies Act with registration number 2005/25 also known as ESAFF Lesotho. The organization is a member of the regional small scale farmers’ forum (ESAFF) which works in 15 countries in Eastern and southern Africa. ESAFF Regional network is registered in Tanzania under Non-Governmental Organizations.
